Think thick fabrics
Winter clothing is all about the fabrics you wear – this can make a huge difference in how you’re feeling throughout the event. There is a big difference between a spring long-sleeve dress and a winter long-sleeve dress – trust us! A staple go-to fabric is velvet – this is the perfect option for combining warmth with formality. And the colors are so fun too!

Layers, layers, layers
When in doubt – layer up! Oftentimes, the temperature outside will be very different from the temperature on a crowded dance floor. This is where layering is your best friend. Start off with a nice warm coat and maybe an additional sweater or shaul, then shed a layer whenever necessary.
Fleece! Lined! Tights!
If you’re on TikTok, you know about fleece-lined tights. These have changed the game and become such a staple in everyone’s winter wardrobe! If you don’t own a pair yet, this is your sign to get one.
