At Moore & Co., we are dedicated to making sure your event is everything you dreamed, and all details run as smoothly as possible for you. Our À La Carte event and wedding services are an extension of this promise, providing you with additional “goodies” to amplify your event planning and the event itself. Some of these features are particularly beneficial for weddings – but can be applied to any event you are planning.

These wedding services can be added to your Event Planning Package for an additional cost; however, with the Concierge Package, they are automatically included. You have the brand new bicycle (a.k.a. your complete event planning package), now check out the bells and whistles:

RSVP Tracking

From the number of guests attending your wedding to whether they want chicken or beef, we’ll be sure to track each and every detail of your RSVPs!

Welcome Bag Design and Assembly

As an out of town guest, nothing is sweeter than having something waiting for you when you arrive at the hotel. We’ll design, develop, and deliver your Welcome Bags so your guests are impressed and you are left with one less thing on your mind!

Personal Day of Bridal Assistant

Whether you need an extra cup-of-joe or a refresh on your morning mimosa, we’re there to make sure you’re not lifting a finger! Relax as we take care of everything for you in the hours leading up to the “I do’s!”


If you have an eye for style or simply want to have a DIY wedding, but can’t seem to align all of your wonderful ideas, this just might be what you need! After a scheduled call to discuss the vision for your big day, we’ll bring all the pieces together in 1-2 mood boards for you to use to flawlessly execute your design!


We’ve been at this for a while and we’ve created quite a list of amazing vendors! You’ll be responsible for scheduling appointments and signing contracts, but we’ll make getting there that much easier with a custom list of everything from venue suggestions, to our favorite caterers, and budget friendly bands!

Personalized Budget Breakdown

When it comes to planning a wedding, everything can seem very exciting until you start seeing the numbers. We’ll tackle that task for you by creating a personalized budget that includes what to expect to spend on each service and how to allocate your money so you get the most bang for your buck!

All the Pretty Primping

One of the most exciting parts of a wedding day is getting dolled up with your bridesmaids! Let us take care of making those appointments for you. From pre-wedding facials, to mani/pedis, to hair and makeup appointments on the big day, relax knowing it’s all taken care of and will fit seamlessly into your day-of timeline!

Thank You Note Addressing

After the wedding, all you want to think about is the Honeymoon! Let us take one thing off your post-wedding list – addressing all of those thank you notes! They’ll remain personal with notes from you and your partner, but we’ll make sure they’re addressed, stamped, and dropped in the mailbox so you can continue to enjoy your life as newlyweds! *Price of stamps not included. *Notes must be delivered to the Moore and Co. studio within 6 months from the wedding date.
