Month-of Wedding Coordination

You’ve spent months, if not years, perfecting the details of your big day. When it comes down to the final hours, don’t let stress ruin your fun! With Run the Show, our Month-of Wedding Coordination package, we come in and take over in the final 6-8 weeks of wedding prep. We meet with you and your fiancé to ensure all the Ts are crossed and Is dotted. We speak to all of your vendors, cultivate a meticulous timeline, and ensure the details you’ve worked so hard to create are not missed.

We are with you on your big day and ensure everything runs smoothly, putting out any fires and handling any unexpected changes. Don’t leave the day-of coordination to your bridesmaids, mom, or friend; let us handle everything so you, your friends, and family, can enjoy the day you’ve worked so hard to bring together! You can get primped, pampered, and relax with your bridesmaids and/or groomsmen, and we will take care of the rest.
